We have a simple goal - impact the lives of our clients and change the lives of our agent partners. The PLACE.com business platform allows us to do both and we could not be more excited about the future.

I bet you’ve seen “Powered by PLACE” everywhere we do business—on our signs and in all our marketing. But what does it mean, and what is PLACE? How is it different from our brokerage, Keller Williams Arizona Realty? Let me explain.

What is PLACE? PLACE is a technology and business operating platform for real estate companies. Think of it as the operating system of a computer. Just like a PC can have an Intel sticker, our network is powered by PLACE, regardless of which brokerage we represent, including Keller Williams Arizona Realty.

What does PLACE do? It provides us with everything we need to run our business smoothly. It helps with technology, accounting, human resources, teaching, training, and coaching. Essentially, it gives us the tools to create a top-notch experience for our clients and the agents who work with us.

Being powered by PLACE, we have a couple of goals:

• For our clients: We want you to expect exceptional service, cutting-edge technology, seamless communication, and a high level of professionalism.

• For our agents: We aim to provide top-tier training, coaching, and business resources to support their growth and help them become the best practitioners in the industry.

• For the business: We want to expand PLACE’s reach, increase resources, and work toward becoming a publicly traded company.

I’m proud to say we’ve been part of this platform for over five years. We’re on a path to potentially grow PLACE into a public business someday. As we expand, so do the resources available to our agents, which in turn helps them serve you better.

We’re nearly 400 teams strong across the US and Canada and aim for around 700. These teams represent the best in the real estate industry, and we’re thrilled to share this journey with you.
